Business Development Executive


  • Manage and achieve sales targets.
  • Achieving sales projections and budget targets.
  • Improve team/individual sales quality
  • Analyze team/individual sales productivity
  • Servicing existing clients, while generating new referrals (for new markets)
  • Attend to customers queries and develop new and potential customer.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and corporate organisation.
  • Maintaining and expanding Company’s market share in the industry.
  • Provide total solutions to meet customer requirement and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies and implement action plan to achieve high business performance at local and international markets
  • Selling and marketing our public workshops
  • Able to set goals, handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Responsible of performing and conducting sales presentation to corporate customer on company’s product and services.
  • Responsible, committed and able to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Provide reports to superior with customers’ progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
  • Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations.
  • To support all the events.
  • To assist in any other matters / duties assigned


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
